Terms & Conditions

We look forward to helping you find a better place to stay.

1.    This Agreement lays out the terms of the services provided by us (Sunsport Management, LLC, hereinafter “Sunsport”) you (“the Customer”), and the place you are staying, which could be a hotel, private residence, or other property (the “Property”).

2.    Sunsport provides the service of negotiating long-Term rates with property providers who are usually short-term, matching their empty rooms with your need for a place to stay for 180 days or longer. We then rent the room and sublet it to you with the permission of the Property, acting as your landlord with the full consent of the Property.

3.    Sunsport will collect your payment. Payments are non-refundable, and guarantee your stay for the duration of the period for which you have paid, subject to the terms and conditions contained herein.

4.    Both Sunsport Management, and the Property, reserve the right to terminate your stay at any time in the event that you engage in actions which are any of: illegal, disruptive, disturbing other guests, offensive, or breach the regular standards of behavior require by the Property. Your ignorance of these policies and standards shall not be mitigation in this event. In this event, there will be no refund of monies paid to the Property or Sunsport, but not further monies shall be charged.

5.    Sunsport only manages stays of 180 days or more. Any shorter stays must be negotiated directly with the Property and will not be contracted by or through Sunsport.

6.    Reserved stays must be cancelled by the end of business day, (5:00pm EST) seven (7) days prior to the reservation arrival date, to avoid payment in full for the full stay or a part thereof at the discretion of the Property. You must have a cancellation number from the Property to confirm a cancelled reservation. Should you not arrive for your confirmed arrival date, there will be a charge of seven nights’, and the remainder of the reservation dates will be released. The hotel reserves the right to cancel a reservation with an invalid credit card without notice. 

7.    Room rates are for double occupancy, are quoted in United States dollars (USD) and are exclusive of applicable taxes where applicable. Most, if not all Sunsport stays in most locations are not subject to tax as they are for a period longer than 180 days.

8.    Within 7 days of check-in date, Sunsport Management will authorize, but not charge, the cost of the stay to the credit card provided by the guest. Should the card decline for any reason, we will attempt to contact the guest by phone and email for a new payment card. If we are unable to contact a guest within 24 hours, the reservation will be cancelled.

9.    Should there be any damage to, or missing items in, your room upon checkout, you authorize Sunsport Management, at its sole discretion, to charge the card on file for the full cost of repair or replacement, plus an administrative fee of 25%.

10.    We generally accept the following credit cards for guarantee and payment of your accommodations: Visa, Discover, and MasterCard. We reserve the right to exclude any card provider at any time for any reason or for no reason.

11.    A valid credit card and government issued photo identification are required to be presented at the time your stay is confirmed.

12.    Third party credit cards are not accepted for payment without the appropriate card authorization form (available upon request) completed in advance.

13.    You may generally start your stay at 3pm on the date your reservation commences. Check out time is 11am.

14.    Whether or not parking is available will be determined in your lease agreement.

15.    Animals are only permitted with written and advance consent, and an additional security deposit may be held in the event that pets are approved. Please note also that while we try to be flexible with pets, there are no exceptions to the rule that they must be accompanied at all times in hotel rooms.

16.    All rooms we contract are completely free from odors caused by cigarettes, e-cigarettes, and vapes, as preferred by our guests. We therefore require that that guests do not a) smoke inside the rooms, b) smoke while leaning out of the windows or doorways of the rooms, or c) smoke immediately outside the rooms, given i) the associated odors directly or incidentally caused, ii) the significant time and labor involved in removing them to properly prepare the room for the next guest, and iii) the need to close rooms in which such odors remain.

EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY
In no event will Sunsport Management be liable for any damages, including without limitation, direct or indirect, special, incidental, moral or consequential damages, loss of profits, opportunities or information or for expenses arising in connection with this website, nor with any hyperlinked website or for the use of or the inability to use such material, software algorithms or hyperlinked website by interruption, defect, delay in operation or transmission, computer virus or line or system failure, even if Sunsport Management is advised of the possibility of such damages, losses or expenses. The content, accuracy, opinions expressed, and other links provided by resources are not investigated, verified, monitored, or endorsed by Sunsport Management.
